Opening of theTrans-Positionen and Radio Revolten Festivals
This year’s Werkleitz Festival Trans-Positionen will be taking place in conjunction with the international radio festival Radio Revolten from 1 to 30 October in Halle (Saale). Radio Revolten and Trans-Positionen will celebrate their opening together at 7 pm on 1 October 2016 in the Ulrichskirche concert hall in Halle (Saale).
The Swedish organist Hampus Lindwall will get everything started with a short organ concert, following which the artistic director of Radio Revolten, Knut Aufermann, and Werkleitz director Daniel Herrmann will welcome the artists, curators and guests of both festivals. The highlight of the event is a performance by the Resonance Radio Orchestra from London.
After the concert Radio Corax and Werkleitz will invite everyone to join them for a welcome event in the Radio Revolten festival center at Rathausstraße 3.
