Guided tour of the exhibition and panel discussion

With reference to the Audioscopic Research Archive on display in the foyer of the German Federal Cultural Foundation, curator Martin Hartung will explain the importance of Friedrich Jürgenson and other pioneers of transcommunication research. Hartung will also discuss the connection between the archive and the planned audio-visual performance by festival artists Hampus Lindwall, Joakim Forsgren and Leif Elggren in the nearby Moritzkirche. A selection of recordings will be played and a panel that will include Gesa Dröge (expert on instrumental transcommunication), Christian Hilpert (president of Verein für Transkommunikations-Forschung e.V. [Association for Transcommunication Research]) and Martin Hartung will discuss this and other archive materials as well as the history and current relevance of parascientific research.
